We reached the mid-point of the festival with the session “Passaport Esportiu” that was held at the Museu Olímpic i de l’Esport Joan Antoni Samaranch, where a Roundtable was held with Mr. Toti Mumbrú, Mr. Vidal Sabater, technician of BQ Solidaris and director of one of the short films that were screened and Mr. Hamza, the protagonist of the film “Hamza. Un viatge de mil passes”. Also attended by Maria Teresa Samaranch, member of the patronage of the Barcelona Olympic Foundation.
At the same time two more sessions were held: “Crossing Beyond” at the Museu i Centre d’Estudis de l’Esport Dr. Melcior Colet, where Pirineus-Barcelona was presented and the presence of Gerard Figueras, Secretari General de l’Esport; Marta Carranza, Presidente of the Fundació Barcelona Olímpica; Oscar Cruz, President of the FCEH and Ander Mirambell.
At the Auditori Sant Martí was screened the session “Sport Today”, with the attendance of two directors: Sergio Hernández, Catalan director of “Els sis graus de llibertat” and Noha Choukrallah, Belgian director of “Amine”.
We also enjoyed 7 short films starring women in the session “En Femení” at the Centre Cívic El Sortidor. Claudia Kedney, director and producer of Quebec and Laura Guerrero, director of the production “¿Me vas a gritar?” attended this session.
At the Casa Elizalde we enjoyed the “Outdoor Sports” session and the presence of Paulius Neverbickas, Catalan director and producer of the film “A Nordic Skater”, delighted to attend the session. And Ilina Arsova, director who came from Macedonia to present “This is HERstory”.
